• Players must be at least 13 years old to play on this server. If under 18, players should have parental consent.

 

• Respect All Players: Harassment, bullying, or any form of disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
• No Cheating: Use of hacks, cheats, mods, or exploits that give unfair advantages is prohibited.
• Language: Keep chat PG-13. No hate speech, excessive swearing, no politics, or inappropriate content.

 

• All content on the server, including but not limited to, builds, plugins, and custom content, are the property of ArchonMC or its respective creators.
• Do not reproduce, distribute, or sell server content without explicit permission.

 

• We may collect basic player data for the operation of the server. This data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

 

• ArchonMC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the server or any part of it at any time without notice.

 

• We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the server after changes means you accept the new terms.

 

• ArchonMC is not liable for any in-game losses, including but not limited to items, builds, or currency.
• We are not responsible for any external links or content shared by users.

 

• Violation of these terms can result in temporary or permanent bans. Decisions are at the discretion of the server Staff.

 

• Players are responsible for their contributions. Do not post content that infringes on copyrights or contains illegal material.

 

• Donations are non-refundable. They support server costs but do not grant immunity from these terms.
